Hello! I'm Sarah, a dedicated professional with a background in hospitality. With over 12 years of experience in hospitality, I've developed a strong skill set in providing support to others, housekeeping & light maintenance and problem solving. I owned a luxury vacation rental business before Covid and I am bondable. I currently work in the fast paced film industry but I am looking to change this as I would like to enrich my life by helping others. I have a 6 year old Australian Shepard named Layla, she is so friendly and I could bring her over for a visit (depending on the clients wishes). I am a proud auntie to 4 nieces and 3 nephews! I value the lessons and perspective that family life brings to my professional endeavours, teaching me patience, empathy, and the importance of work-life balance. Outside of work, I'm an avid swimmer (I truly love Aquafit) and I try to walk 15, 000 steps a day. I love to read fiction books and watch old movies. I love to paint and I would love to learn how to knit! I am always looking for new challenges and experiences. These hobbies not only provide me with relaxation and joy but also enhance my problem-solving skills and creativity, attributes I bring into my professional life. Attributes that I believe make me a valuable addition to any team include my strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a knack for collaborative problem-solving. I'm known for my ability to remain calm under pressure, which allows me to handle challenging situations with grace and efficiency.

I have been running errands, assisting in booking appointments, etc, driving them to appointments and activities, helping around the house with smalls tasks like housekeeping, maintenance, meal prep, dog walking, etc for a few seniors in Sidney. We always have tea afterwards and share wonderful stories! I want to get into this field because I truly care about the well being of the older generation. As much as I help them, they also help me as II always learn valuable life lessons sitting and chatting with them. I have many transferrable skills from my hospitality career. I ran a business managing 22 luxury vacation rentals for many years before Covid and I am bondable. I want to switch careers as I want to do something meaningful and provide support to others in need.
