I'm Myles :) I am 34 years of age and live a healthy & active lifestyle. I have 10+ years as a personal trainer and I have worked with several clients who were 70 years of age and older (and a lot of clients in their 60's). I have recently started an online health and wellness coaching business which is more of a part-time thing for me right now. I will still be able to commit to you for approximately 5 hours a day if needed. I am very conscious of my own health and will support you in any way I can for you to improve yours.
