Short days: T/F I’m looking for someone to able to pick up my daughter at a preschool (7 minute walk away, 1 minute drive), and be back in time to get my son before 2:35. Watch them until I get home. Hours: 2:10 until 3-4:30 Notes: - must be very dependable. - Time off for holidays, summer, March break, Easter, Victoria Day (I follow the school calendar) - 5yo is on the spectrum (mild). He doesn’t require specially trained care, just someone kind and patient. He’s happy to play with his sister, play school, use an tablet etc. until I get home. He is verbal and does not have OCD. Happy to elaborate if we meet. - We live very close to the new park, as well as close to EarlyOn (they know our kids there already). - Ideally looking for a set weekly rate (Open to full day/short day rates). I don’t want to get into hourly rates, I want to keep it simple. * Rate should reflect that care is mostly needed for 1 child (specified because I didn’t have a way to specify that in the options). It should also factor in 2 days are pretty short. I will NOT deduct pay for getting home earlier than 4:30 - which will happen a lot.

I work 12 hr shifts both days and nights. I work a 4 days on and 5 off rotation. I am looking for someone during the summer months to provide meals and provide entertainment for the children by doing crafts walking, to nearby parks etc. There would overnight care 2 nights a week every other week on average. If all works out I will be looking for ongoing care come September to get on and off the bus and continue with the same night schedule.

I am a private individual who is immediately in need of a responsible individual for daytime care of two children age and 3, and 8 years. This job scans either Full-Time or Part-Time basis, overarching Monday to Friday where you would be required to be present and vigilant during the mornings for school drop-off and during the day for primary care, followed by pick up in the afternoon. School is <1km away, and elder child can sometimes walk home in afternoon depending on nap schedule of toddler. Primary care for toddler is possibly only for a limited time as caregiver is out with injury. Return date is tentative. As the chosen candidate, your responsibilities would mainly revolve around, but not limited to, a couple of household tasks. There would be light housekeeping involved to keep the environment neat and organized for the children. In addition, you would also need to prepare meals for the kids and maintain the kitchen area clean and organized. You would be periodically handling the children's dressing routines. Having a driver's license is a must for this position, as you will need to transport the children to and from various activities using your own car. (<5km daily travel) The overall working hours for this position would be in the range of 40 - 50 hours per week only because of the daytime care for toddler. Both Live-in or Live-out options are available and can be decided based on convenience and comfort levels. Being sincerely dedicated, caring, and active, along with possessing sound judgment skills would definitely be added advantages in this role. CPR/ BLS certified, back ground check with vulnerable sector, ECE or healthcare background preferred.
