My name is Erika Matus, of Chilean nationality, I have been in Vancouver for more than two months and I am interested in starting to work in pet care. Since I was little I have understood that pets are a fundamental part of the family and their care is essential, I carry out the tasks delivered in detail, I was characterized by being kind, responsible, cheerful and punctual. I like to practice outdoor sports, ride a bicycle, read and watch series. In Chile I helped take care of a friend's pet. She was outside all day for paperwork and told me the meal times and the daily walk that had to be done with her pet. I respected the times she mentioned for her food, I played with her before going for a walk, I put her chain on her and there was no problem doing it. When we got to the park she played with other pets, I gave her a treat so I could put her chain on and go home.

Experienced Pet Sitter Dedicated to Your Furry Friend's Well-Being With a background at Urban Puppy Shop, where I cared for up to 20 dogs at a time across four distinct rooms, I've honed my skills in providing attentive and compassionate care to a diverse range of breeds. From puppies to seniors, small dogs to giants, I've tailored my approach to meet the unique needs of each beloved companion. At Urban Puppy Shop, I embraced the responsibility of ensuring each dog's happiness and health, including regular walks tailored to their individual requirements and the administration of oral medication when necessary. My experience extends beyond the daycare setting—I provided dedicated care for a senior boxer with arthritis, administering medication and offering comfort during a transitional period. My commitment to the well-being of pets extends to feline companions as well, having provided reliable cat sitting services for neighbors in the past. As a pet sitter, I bring not only practical experience but also a genuine love for animals, ensuring your furry friend receives the highest level of care and attention in your absence. With me, you can rest assured that your pet is in capable and caring hands. I worked at a Dog Day Care Centre, called Urban Puppy Shop. Where I was looking after up to 20 dogs at a time in a room. There were 4 rooms. A puppy room, small dog, medium dog and big dog. So I have probably cared for your breed of dog. We were also responsible for giving the dogs two walks a day, or more depending on specific cases. Some dogs also required medication so I have experience with that too. I also dogs sat for a 13 year old boxer who required daily medication for 6 moths while it owners were moving house. I have also cat sat multiple times for neighbors.

Hello! I'm Maria from Vancouver and I am passionate about all types of pets, especially cats and dogs. I've been providing quality pet care for about a year now and am looking to extend my services to help more furry friends. My work mainly focuses on house sitting, dog walking, day care, and drop-in visits for feeding and playtime. In particular, I enjoy working with senior or special needs dogs, providing them with the extra care and attention they require. As a physically active person, I'm also highly capable of providing daily exercise for high-energy dogs. Although I'm not able to accommodate pets at my own house, I have ample availability during the days, evenings, and nights and can start immediately. I got experience taking care of pets like dogs and cats, first because I got cats all my life and I’m very receptive and sensible with them. And in the last years I got the opportunity to take care of some friends dogs that sometimes are alone on weekends and I go to feed them and play with them, I enjoy that time and I like animals in general, so is very easy for me be around them.
