Hi there I am an upbeat, organized and thoughtful person. I own my own (well loved) home, have two teenage children now who are now out of the home, two cats and a dogs ( and various foster pets). At the moment I have three international students staying with me; taking care of people is what I love to do. I also love gardening and organizing and cooking. I have my Honours B.A. English and Gerontology, and also my Healthy Certificate from George Brown College; and have just renewed Food Handlers Certificate in January. Many years ago, I worked for what was then called Green Acres Nursing Home. I worked there through high school and University on weekends. I loved it! I also worked at Comfort Keepers and for the elderly Sisters of St. Joseph. Most of my work was done cooking and light housekeeping for 2-6 sisters in their private homes.
