Looking for a nanny with capabilities for childcare and managing a household. We have a loving, energetic two year-old girl and will be having our second child in September 2024. Looking for someone to look after our 2 year old full time and help with the baby as needed during my maternity leave. Eventually, taking on full time care of both children when I return to work. Likely to increase to 6:30am-4pm daily when I return to work. Additional requirements: - Willingness to work when the children are sick (due to the nature of our jobs, we have very little ability to take sick days) - Must have a legal work permit (we are also willing to sponsor for the right candidate) - pay must be via official payroll - Strong work ethic and commitment to support a household in which both parents have demanding jobs - Valid BC driver's license helpful but not necessary - Ability to speak French and/or Spanish is a bonus, but not required (our child speaks English, French, and Spanish fluently and we value exposure to multiple languages)

The needs may change but I imagine the support would entail helping with breastfeeding and/or formula feeding, diaper changing, putting the babies to sleep and general care for infants.
