We are looking for a live in Nanny for approximately November 2024. Home will be in SW Riveredge. You will have your own large bedroom and full bathroom in the basement. Food, furniture and living accommodations will be taken care of. Vehicle provided if you have a license but not required. Monthly allowance in addition to be negotiated. Hours will be Monday - Friday 8-5:30. Evenings and weekends and holidays off if you want to have a part time job that is ok. Baby will nap for 2-3 hours of that time. you will be taking care of our 16 month old baby while we work from home. Looking for a three-five year commitment. baby is on a sleep schedule. Will be down to one nap by then 2-3 hours long. Baby to be fed and played with throughout the day adhering to our schedule and guidelines we follow. In our loving home, an opportunity has arisen for a housekeeper/nanny who is hardworking, reliable, and, most importantly, caring. We require a professional who is efficient in juggling the tasks of housekeeping and childcare. We are parents to two precious children— a six-year-old boy and a nine-year-old girl. They are both full-time school-goers but would need after-school care, and care on days they fall ill and are unable to go to school. As part of this full-time position, your main responsibilities include creating a safe and nurturing environment for our children, helping them with homework, preparing meals for them, and taking care of their laundry and ironing needs. We also own a large dog and a cat, and they will need some love and care too, including dog walking! Additionally, we expect that the chosen candidate will take up tasks such as cleaning the entire house, taking care of the family laundry, and cooking. Please note, this is a live-out position, and the expectation is 40 hours of work each week, predominantly in the mornings until supper time Monday to Friday. As this position does not require a driver's license or the use of a vehicle, candidates without these will still be considered. Please read the entire description before applying :) We are in search of a kind, caring and patient caregiver for our two delightful daughters, aged 3 years and 11 months respectively. The position is casual and part-time with no guarantee of weekly hours. However, in July and August, we will require a caregiver from 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm. We do not have external support. Hence, we are looking for a caregiver with a flexible schedule who can assist as needed. We will always enquire beforehand whether a specific time or date is convenient. For instance, we may need someone during the week for us to attend appointments, or on weekends during the day to run errands, or in the evenings for our date nights. Our 11-month-old has separation anxiety, meaning she will struggle when her mom is away. Therefore, we need a kind and patient caregiver. We are also seeking someone energetic who enjoys various activities, as our 3-year-old loves to play, has a fantastic imagination, and is very sweet and loving. Again, the hours are not guaranteed except for Tuesdays in the summer. The children's care and safety is our foremost priority. Hence, we need someone with first aid and CPR training, a clear criminal record, and a clear record in the vulnerable sector. We reside in the Southwest side of Edmonton where access to public transportation is scarce. Hence, a driver’s license and a vehicle are preferred but not mandatory.
