Single parent family. Mom with health issues, expected to get better. Early morning role, 2 to 3 hours, school days. Right now 9 to 11:00m. In a few weeks. 6:30 to 9:30am. Support 13 year old in morning tasks, to help them get out the door. Youth is female to male transgender. Must be tolerant and respectful of LGBTQ. Must be able to follow plans set out for youth by other care providers. Must be able to support youth in growing independence. Family has a history of trauma. Must be respectful, honest and emotionally mature. We can discuss this further over the phone. Support in morning meal prep. Tidy kitchen. Maybe mild pet care. Family has 2 cats. May need help with light housekeeping, and meal prep tasks. Youth may benefit by being transported to school by care provider. To be further discussed and planned at a later date. Need for service is temporary. Need is for the rest of the school year and likely in fall of 2024. Ideally looking for someone that can do both time periods. Family has other care providers that come to the house. Must be able to interact appropriately with other care providers.

Need care every Tuesday evening that is capable of picking up from daycare around 430/5pm and can bring child back to our home. Would be until about 730pm and would require feeding a meal and bath time and starting bedtime routine. (Would be also open to picking up child from caregiver home if required). Starting May 7th. For weekends every 2nd Saturday and Sunday from 830am till around 630pm. This can either be at our home or I can drop off and pick up as well. This would start May 11/12th. Note we also have 2 small dogs(puggles) at the house.

I'm seeking afternoon/evening care for my two kids Monday to Thursday for one/two hours each day in our home in the community of Bower. Seeking someone who is punctual, fun, engaging with the kids and who is dependable till December 19, 2022. Requirements of care for two kids Monday and Wednesday from 4:45 to 6:45 pm consist of arriving at our home on time, serving the kids supper ( no food prep required ) and playing with them after supper. Requirements of care for one child Tuesday and Thursday from 3:00 to 4:00 pm consist of meeting my son at the bus stop at 3:05 pm which is 350 m from my home, walking him home and offering prepared snacks and or playing with him. Renumeration of your time is negotiable which will be paid weekly, preference given to the individual who is available Monday to Thursday for consistency, and the proximity of the home is close to public transport if candidate does not have own means of transportation. We do have pets ( dogs and cats ) in the home and are not a peanut free environment. Must have First Aid training. If there are things we can provide such as specific food or snack items for the suitable candidate to feel inclusive, please do not hesitate to ask.
