We are looking for someone to help my parents with their meals for the week. We are hoping you could make 3-4 meals per week (3-4 servings for each meal so they have leftovers for lunch the following day). We are very flexible in terms of how you want to make it work (you can cook at their home or yours, and can make them all at once or on separate days). My mother was recently diagnosed with MS and we have read the following foods are good for her: -fish, avocados, cruciferous vegetables, onions, garlic, mushrooms, turmeric, olive oil, tomatos, herbs, green leafy veggies, -essentially lots of natural foods, veggies, fruits, healthy fats, legumes, … Please reach out if you can help us out!

I am in search of a personal chef to bring into my Health & Fitness business. Requirements of the chef will include: • Shopping for whole fresh foods • Preparing 5x breakfasts, 5x mid-morning snacks, and 5x lunches per client (maximum of 5 clients per week) • Portioning meals (using a food scale) • Recording the quantity of each ingredient used in each dish Additional character requirements include: • Dependable (high-reliability) • High standard of hygiene • Can communicate well (written & verbal) The chef is free to cook in their own kitchen space or utilize one fully equipped central kitchen near the clients (this will simplify the commuting if there are multiple clients to be cooked for in a week). Ideally, meals are to be prepared on Sunday for delivery to clients on Monday morning.
