Hello ive been working as a cook in various restaurants for 14 years now, and in the last 2 years ive taken on a pastry chef role to sharpen my baking skills developed on home cooking. I spent my 14 years slowly moving around through different types of cuisine trying to gain as much experience and knowledge of all types of food and all manners of cooking. Lately the restrictions on restaurants are resulting in a more free time for myself and im looking to share my love for food ! I have experience catering for small and large numbers and am capable of creating weekly menus for my clients with healthy options as well as monthly meal prep options . I also have alot of experience with vegan cooking and baking! I started off my culinary Career at a little fish and chips spot, where i learned all the basics and over the next 6 years developed my highly driven work ethic. Ive worked as a short order cook in pubs and breakfast spots, ive done fine dining in many different cuisines, ive catered football games at stadiums for 2000 people and ive catered to lunch parties of 20. Ive travelled a little around canada cooking for resorts and ive done morning baking for coffee shops.
