Meticulous and thorough monthly home cleaning needed for a 4-bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 powder room cottage. Services required but not limited to : Item: wipe down all mirrors, patio door, picture frames, empty wastebaskets, wipe down walls and baseboards. Floors: Vacuum corners and main surface, thorough mopping. Dusting: dust all surfaces removing all items beforehand. Kitchen: Deep clean of whole kitchen, including wipe down of all small and large appliances, backsplash, cupboards, sink. Bathroom: Scrub bathtub, shower, shower tiles, toilet. Corners and behind. Bedrooms: Change bed sheets and make bed. Living room: Remove all throw blankets and pillowcases and put in the wash.

We are a family living in Châteauguay that are looking for a housekeeper. The house has 4 bedrooms. We have two children and a dog. If you are open to more hours, additional tasks could be added such as meal prep, laundry and errand shopping. Of course the hours would be adjusted to reflect the time required for these tasks. I am in need of a reliable and professional part-time house cleaner to assist with maintaining the cleanliness and order of my home. The work schedule would require availability during the evening and night-time hours on weekdays as well as weekends. The responsibilities for this role will encompass a range of cleaning tasks. The successful candidate will be expected to ensure the internal areas of the home are clean and tidy. This includes a thorough clean of the kitchen - washing dishes, cleaning the inside and outside of the fridge, oven, dishwasher, pantry, counters and floors. Laundry duties will also be part of the role, including washing and drying clothes and household items. In addition to the above, the role will involve some pet care. Experience with animals would be preferred, though not essential. Bed making and linen changing will also fall under the remit of this position. The position does not necessitate the use of a car or a driver's license as the work is based in my home and surrounds. This job role is located within a house and apartment cleaning scenario, so a high degree of cleanliness and attention to detail will be desired. As a part-time role, the expected working hours per week will be less than 20. The position will require living-out, not in. The ideal candidate would be able to start by the 31st of March, 2024.
