I am currently looking to offer varied pet care services including drop-in visits to feed and play, dog walking, and house sitting. Being privileged to work with a wide range of pets over the years has equipped me with the experience and skills to handle different duties, such as administering oral medication, caring for senior and special needs animals, providing daily exercise for high-energy pets, and grooming tasks like brushing teeth and fur. As a pet lover, comfort and care beyond boundaries is my aim, which is why I am extremely flexible and available throughout the week, including weekends, for morning, middle of the day, evening and even night hours, if required. If need be, I can also bring your pet to my home, ensuring they get loving care even when you're not around. Originally from South Africa, I am fluent in both English and Afrikaans, and open to the possibility of relocating or traveling to provide the best services for your pet. Though I don't smoke and can swim well, unfortunately, I don't possess a driver's license or have access to a vehicle for the job. I would stop by 2 times a day (1 morning and 1 evening) for feeding the pts/walks. Despite being young, I have accumulated 2 years of experience in pet care and am ready to start work immediately with your cherished dogs, cats, or birds. Since my schedule as a high school student is more flexible in the evenings, I am primarily available for drop-in visits and dog walking in the evening throughout the week and at any time during the weekends. I am a responsible, non-smoking girl who enjoys spending her free time providing excellent care to senior pets, brushing teeth or fur, and generally playing around and bonding with animals. I believe pets are an extension of the family, and therefore, deserve the same level of respect and care. However, since I still live under my parents' roof, I am currently unable to bring your pets to my home. Even though I am a Vietnamese citizen and my first language is Vietnamese, I am fluent in English and more than capable of understanding any instructions you may have for me. I don't have a driver's license, which means that unfortunately, I won't be able to take your pets to the vet or the park in a vehicle, though I am more than willing to walk them locally. I'd also like to mention that I'm keen to obtain a police check prior to starting the job to provide you with peace of mind. I enjoy any type of physical activity or the outdoors in general. Being able to walk pets helps not only you and your pet but also helps me to stay active as well. My current job is very flexible so it does make it a lot easier to accommodate to figuring out a schedule that works for you. If I’m not at work or hanging out with my dog I am either working out or catching up on a good book. I just hit my one year mark of being paid to look after cats, dogs and the occasional fish. My experience includes house sitting for friends while they are away to take care of their pets and get them the well deserved exercise or love and affection they need while away. I have been recommended by friends to visit their pets during the day to let them out for a pee, feed them or take them on a half an hour to hour walk etc depending on what the family has asked of me. I have a dog of my own who is now 2 years old and have grown up with cats and dogs my entire life so I understand just how much family they are. My dog is my world and I would treat your pets the same, as you are entrusting me to take care of them while you are away.

Assisting with Adoptions: Assisting potential adopters in meeting and interacting with animals, and providing information about their care. Assisting with Euthanasia: In some cases, assisting with euthanasia procedures in a compassionate and respectful manner

I used to have 2 rabbits back in my country. And later on after they've passed away, I started living with my cousin who has a cat that is 13 years old and I helped took care of him. I also took care of a puppy during that time for another cousin until the puppy was old enough for my cousin to bring back home. I don't have professional experience with taking care of others pets but I have had 2 rabbits, a cat, and a dog as pets. I won't be accepting jobs that requires me to take care of pets other than cats, dogs or rabbits because I have no experience and I might not be able to take care of them well enough. However, if it's a cat, dog or a rabbit then I am confident that I can take care of them well. I make sure that they are well fed, comfortable, and feel safe.
