I’m a Nigerian raised here in Canada. I have lots of experience cooking starting from a young age as is customary in my culture. A lot of what I know about cooking I learned from my mom and the rest came along the way. I’m a total foodie myself so I love trying new dishes and flavours from different cultures. I can do a bit of everything but my focus is just home cooking. Whether it be for daily meals or weekly meal prep etc. I worked at booster juice for 2 years, went to culinary school, worked at my moms restaurant and of course for family and friends

I began my working career as a Risk Management Trainee (Insurance) and I have a University degree in Agricultural Engineering. I began my cooking business when I resigned from my job after seven years of hard work, to become a full-time mum to my two children in December 2010. I am a Nigerian that is widely travelled and have experienced food and cooking styles across continents. We relocated as permanent residents to Saskatoon, Saskatchewan Canada in April 2023 as a family and I have obtained my Food Handlers Certificate and WHMIS 2015. I had my first professional kitchen experience in Canada at Mohyla Institute, where I worked as a Short-term Cook to relieve the Kitchen Manager in August 2023 and I currently work as a Line/Prep Cook for Olive Garden Italian Restaurant. 1. Being a stay at home mom is one of the most demanding challenges a person can undertake. From budgeting to delegating and scheduling tasks, the duties of a stay at home mom are endless. My aim is to attain a position in a growth-oriented company where I can use my strong organizational and technical skills to contribute to the company's success. I am also seeking a position that will allow me to continue developing my abilities while contributing to the goals of the organization. Currently pursuing Hotel and Restaurant Management at Saskatchewan Polytechnic.
