Hello. I am a young (LOL. ) and energetic retired professional (engineer, accountant, MBA), mother of three and grandmother with lots of time on my hands. I remember very well what it is like to run around trying to be everywhere at the same time, juggling priorities and raising healthy and happy children with a household and a demanding career to manage. As a former "soccer mom", I drive a Volvo with lots of cargo space. Although I am not a nurse or a "Préposée aux bénéficiaires", I have also taken care of seniors needing assistance in disability, post-surgery or end-of-life situations. I have recently moved to Terrebonne and would love to help a busy family or senior citizen nearby. I am perfectly bilingual (French-English) and can play some piano. Minimum hourly wage around $28; from 6 AM, overnight on a very occasional basis only and no week-ends. I am looking forward to hearing from you. Thank you. I became a nanny of a 3 months old boy until he reached the aged of four. I was teaching with primary grades for 8 years. With regards to my hobbies, I love all kinds of ball games or any outdoor activities, dancing, singing, arts and crafts, scrubbles, story telling etc. I had an experience taking care of my older brother who had a brain tumor. Few months after his operation he met an accident which resulted to internal brain hemorrhage. From this experience, I learned how to bath him in bed, clean his waste, change clothes and beddings, feed him, giving medicines. Patience and understanding are the very important key roles.
