Hello, I'm Emily, a 15
-year-old dedicated Early Childhood Educator based in Peterborough, looking to bring my skills and enthusiasm to help children grow not only academically, but also in various aspects of their life. Although I may not have formal working experience, I possess the knowledge and the passion to work creatively with children, especially those with special needs. My capabilities range from improving speech therapy to motor skills and walking therapy.
As a student myself, I understand the importance of academic enrichment. I can confidently provide lessons across a wide range of subjects, including Programming, English, Math, and Social Science. I also have a strong artistic side and can engage children in Arts and Crafts. On the physical end, I am able to guide them through Yoga and Fitness. I am flexible and can adapt to various work locations such as employer's home, my home or online platforms depending on your convenience.
I am available throughout the weekend - Friday to Sunday, morning till evening, as well as Sunday night. I am eager to connect and aid in children's development in the age group of 3 to 10 years. Despite not holding specific qualifications, I have a proven ability to prepare children for school and provide primary school support.
I am comfortable working with children of different skill levels and am ready to use different approaches to ensure they progress at their own pace, even if they're significantly delayed. As a Canadian national fluent in English, you can be assured of quality communication throughout. Please note, as I prioritize the welfare of your children, I am a non-smoker and a strong swimmer. However, I currently do not hold a driving license and would not be traveling or relocating for work. I look forward to using my skills to make a positive impact in the lives of your children.
