Job Description: We are looking for a live-in primary childcare provider for our 3 children aged 5, 3 and less than 1. Location: Town of Mont-Royal, Qc, H3R 2Y1 Title: Childcare Provider Duties: • Supervise and care for our children at our residence • Prepare and serve meals for the household • Bathe, dress and feed infants and children. • Change diapers and prepare children for rest periods. • Do laundry for the household. • Clean, organize and maintain the house as needed and as instructed. • Create and ensure a safe environment at our residence. • Organize activities such as games and outings for our children Required Education/Experience: Have completed a secondary school diploma, at least 11 years of full-time elementary and secondary education Have successfully completed, in this field of employment, full-time vocational training of at least 6 months in a vocational school Have 1 year of continuous paid experience as a caregiver Skills/ Qualifications: • Be reliable and punctual • Take initiative • Show good judgment • Have good intuition • Have excellent organizational skills Schedule for a live-in caregiver to be Monday – Friday 7:30 am- 11:30 am and 3:30 pm – 7:30 pm (40 hours per week) Language Requirement: Knowledge of English (oral) Employment conditions, salary and hours: 2-year temporary position with possibility of extension. Salary of $16.50 /hour for 40 hours per week. Hello! We are looking for some part-time help with our two boys (2 and 4). We are flexible on days and looking for help two or three days per week. We have two active and creative boys and are looking for help to drop off or pick up the boys at daycare, play with them/take them to the park, clear the kitchen after they have eaten. We'd also appreciate some help with bath time, meal prep, basic laundry depending on the day and what you are comfortable doing! We are a mixed French/English family who recently moved to Montreal, so speaking French is preferable, but not required.
