We are looking for a reliable and trustworthy live out nanny for our one-year-old boy and after school care for our 5-year-old boy. Monday-Friday 830-430 starting at the beginning of June. Home with a small dog. Responsibilities include, tending to the one-year old's needs including feeding, engaging in playtime, diaper changes, monitoring his safety during playtime and naps, reading stories, tidying toys, basic meal prep for the baby, washing baby’s dishes and performing light housekeeping tasks around the house, if time permits (dishes, wiping counters, Swiffer floors, tidy toys etc.). Walk to pick up our 5-year-old son from the bus stop at the end of the school day. Requirements include experience working with children, First Aid/CPR. Pay $20/hour or negotiable based on experience. Some flexibility on days and hours possible.

Looking for the right person to come into our home 3 days a week one week and 2 days a week the next (alternating) Needing Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and than Wednesday, Thursday. Hours are 7am-6pm. Tasks would include getting the kids up and fed in the morning. Getting my daughter off the bus down the street and picking her up from the bus. Caring for my son during the day! We are searching for an experienced child care provider for our 3 girls (ages 1, 3 and 6) with an unconventional schedule. I am a nurse with a rotating schedule, so care requirements would fluctuate from week to week with approximately 10 days of care required per month. (You would work Monday to Friday only, with shifts known a minimum 6 weeks in advance). Scheduling can be discussed further if you would like a minimum guarantee for hours - we know a rotating schedule is difficult so we are willing to work with you to find the best fit. We are willing to consider a care provider in their own (registered) home or in ours. With that said, we are a busy family so if coming to our home, a drivers license/own transportation is a must, and the best candidate would also be willing to take the younger girls to programming in the community. Some meal prep would be required (particularly on days the kids have evening activities and need to eat earlier than usual). Our home is pet friendly with one cat and one dog. Some basic pet care would also be expected (e.g. walking dog when walking with kids etc) Please reach out if you feel that this may be a good fit for you. Our boy has cerebral palsy, so need some additional help getting in and out of the bath, wheelchair and car. Our cottage is on the water and has a separate nanny quarters. We also spend 1 month/year in Florida and would want help there too. The ideal person will: - Be strong and be able to help with some lifting with our 8 year old. (currently 50lbs) - Willing to help care for the kids, cook and clean, and to laundry - Running errands, grocery shopping (we live close to a grocery store) - Bath and dress kids - Keep the kitchen clean - Clean house - Be flexible with work hours and days; split days and weekends, and take days off during the week. - Be a Christian - Be able to drive/willing to get license Live-in salary: $40, 000/yr

In June we will be moving to a spacious and beautiful home in Grimsby, located near the escarpment and trails. You will have a dedicated nanny quarters to ensure your privacy and comfort. We also have a separate nanny quarters at our Muskoka cottage, where we spend many weekends throughout the year. You will also have the chance to travel with us to Florida for one month each year. We are looking for a strong live-in Filipino nanny/PSW who is not only willing to help care for our 8 yr old boy and 1.5 year old daughter, but also assist with cooking, cleaning, laundry, and running errands. Extra care and attention will be needed for our son Jack, who requires additional help getting dressed, getting his ankle braces on, walking, getting in/out of his wheel chair, the bath and the car. You will have a dedicated vehicle to take the kids to their appointments and activities, and to use on your own time. We value flexibility and would need you to work split days and weekends while taking days off during the week. (Our son is in school during the day).
