These standard domestic chores range from the regular cleaning of the home, the management of laundry, preparation of meals, up to grocery shopping. Apart from these responsibilities, a significant part of the role is to also provide childcare which includes transportation to and from school and facilitating various activities for the children. It should be noted that possession of a driver's license, though beneficial, is not mandatory. The necessity for an immediate start is pressing, however, there is flexibility concerning living arrangements - an understanding can be reached for either a live-in or live-out agreement. The option to engage in full-time or part-time work is entirely dependent upon the individual's preference, with an estimate of approximately 20 to 30 hours each week, distributed over a span of 7 days which also includes evening shifts. The scope of responsibilities extends further than just the internal upkeep of the home. Duties are expanded to encompass areas such as care for the house's exterior, ensuring the kitchen remains clean at all times, sorting and handling the home's laundry, effective management of the house’s supplies, taking care of pets if necessary, providing house sitting services when required, shopping for groceries, running various errands, and overseeing all-around tidying tasks, which includes making beds among other chores. The ideal candidate is one who pays attention to detail, exhibits efficiency in their work, adeptly manages their time, and brings along some background experience in both housekeeping and child care. I'm seeking a reliable and meticulous part-time housekeeper, for a live-out position, to assist in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of my elderly parents' residence. They are two seniors in excellent health, speaking Italian but English is also perfectly acceptable. The position comes with a negotiable schedule, though preference would be given to those available in the mornings, particularly on Fridays. The focus is primarily on the various cleaning tasks around the house. Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to, performing deep cleaning tasks once or twice a month such as dusting, thoroughly cleaning two bathrooms, washing floors and walls, and changing beds. Kitchen duties will comprise of cleaning dishes, the inside and outside of the fridge, cupboards, oven, dishwasher, pantry, counters and floors. Secondary tasks encompass making the bed, changing linen, cleaning outside of the oven, fridge, and dishwasher. You will also be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness of the home. We are looking for someone to be apart of the family and have a long term position starting in May for part time hours. Hours and days are flexible - we are looking for someone for 9-12 hours between the week either twice a week or three times a week. I am currently in need of a dedicated and reliable Housekeeper to assist with maintaining a clean and orderly atmosphere in my home. This is a part-time role, requiring availability during the middle of the day on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, amounting to less than 20 hours a week. In this position, your responsibilities will include general cleaning of the inside of the house, as well as the immediate external spaces. You will be required to ensure that the kitchen is tidied thoroughly - including the inside and outside of the fridge, cupboards, oven, dishwasher, and pantry. Other tasks include washing the dishes, cleaning kitchen counters and floors, as well as taking care of the laundry, which includes washing and drying clothing and other household items. Aside from cleaning, the housekeeper will also run occasional grocery shopping trips and other household errands as needed. In addition, meal preparation and service will be part of your duties. Given the nature of this position, a driver's license is not necessary, and the use of an automobile is not applicable. It is important to note that this job is a live-out position, meaning the housekeeper would not reside within the home.
