With a 5-year experience under my belt, I am well versed with various duties such as dog walking, doggy day care, drop-in visits, house sitting, boarding, and transportation. I derive joy from providing daily exercise for high-energy dogs and other animals. Located in Colborne, being a pet caretaker has always been more than just a job. It’s the sheer love and happiness I receive when I am around pets, particularly cats and dogs, that drives me. I certainly do not shy away from big dogs and in fact, enjoy their company, be it for a walk, run, or a playful catch-the-ball session at the park. Not just this, my home is always open to these furry friends too! I am available all week between morning and afternoon hours, and am not restrained by any travelling distances thanks to a valid driver's license and a personal vehicle. My non-smoking environment provides a healthy space for your pets and my ability to swim just adds to their safety. Being a bilingual individual, I can speak in both English and French, making communication easier for pet parents who are more comfortable in either language. I am an 18 year old girl and have had dogs for a long time, I love all animals but my favourite dogs by far are bully breeds. I love pit bulls and have one of my own back at my parents house, although I am currently living in my own apartment. I can take care of any breed of dog, even the jumpiest pups. Not only do I have dogs but I lived on a farm for a year and helped to take care of all the neighbours dogs including walking them, feeding them, and chasing them down. I have no working experience with cats or dogs however I adore them and have taken care of my own cat and two dogs for years. I can do all the basics such as pet sit, dog walking, feedings and bathroom breaks. I have also had success training my own puppies in the past to sit, stay, and give paw. I am by no means a trainer, but I will love your animals and teach them to the best of my ability while following the exact care you, the owner, specified.
